if the length of a rectangular is 3 more than the width, then L=W%2B3
if the perimiter is P=50, then 50=2L%2B2W =>50%2F2=L%2BW=>25=L%2BW

25=L%2BW..substitute L

25=W%2B3%2BW....solve for W
25-3=2W
22%2F2=W
