so making all denominator=10
3-3/5-1-1/2=3/1-3/5-1/1-1/2 becomes
3*10/1*10-3*2/5*2-1*10/1*10-1*5/2*5
=30/10-6/10-10/10-5/10=(30-6-10-5)/10=9/10=0.9
