let c=wind speed
Barb's speed with the wind=x+c
Barb's speed against the wind=x-c
distance/speed=travel time
..
200/(x+c)=20
200/(x-c)=25
..
200=20x+20c
200=25x-25c
..
10=x+c
8=x-c
2x=18
x=9
c=x-8=1
Barb's running speed=9 m/s
wind speed=1 m/s
