x + y = 529......1
25x + 15y = 9745...2
Multiply (1) by 15
15x + 15y = 7935....3
25x + 15y = 9745....2
Subtract 3 from 2
10x = 1810
x = 181
Substitute x = 181 in
Eq (1)
x + y = 529
181 + y = 529
y = 529 - 181
y = 348
181 adults and 348 Senior Citizens
