(final exam grade)*(weight of final exam) + (grade on rest of stuff)*(weight of rest of stuff)

0.57*0.20 + 0.78*0.80 = 0.738

so you will have a 73.8% grade overall

Assuming 57 means 57%, then your weighted average is:
w=0.57*20+0.78*80=73.8

assuming 70% - 79% is a C
your grade is C
