The length is L=3W-7in (if 7in shorter than three times the width)
P=2L%2B2W

2L%2B2W=146in.....simplify, all terms divide by 2
L%2BW=73in.......eq.1 substitute L=3W-7in
3W-7in%2BW=73in
4W=73in%2B7in
4W=80in
W=80in%2F4

now find L
L=3%2A20in-7in
L=60in-7in
highlight%28L=53in%29
