The number of minutes past 3:10 PM must be
evenly divided by both 24 and 16.
First, I tried +16%2A24+=+384+
Then I took half of that
+384%2F2+=+192+
+192%2F24+=+8+
+192%2F16+=+12+

Then I tried half of that
+192%2F2+=+96+
+96%2F24+=+4+
+96%2F16+=+6+

This says that the bus that stops every 24 min will
make 4 stops, and the bus that stops every 16 min
will make 6 stops in 96 min

3:10 + 1 hr + 36 min = 4:46
At 4:46 PM, they arrive at the same time
