see length wise the 10 m is just fit the length of the pipe
width wise there can be 10/1=10 pipes
& height wise there can be 10/1=10 pipes
so there can be 10*10=100 pipes

Consider the width of the room - 10m
Only 10 pipes of 1m diameter can be
laid side by side.
Consider the height - 10m
Only 10 pipes of 1m diameter can be
stacked side by side.
Therefore the total number of pipes
that can be placed in this room =
10 x 10 = 100 pipes of 10m length.
