You can put this solution on YOUR website! first you must make 4.8 a whole number
by doing this, you must make 1.7712=17.712.
now u can divide.
48 goes into 177 three times
now 48 times three is 144
now subtract 144 from 177 and the answer is 33.
now drop the 1 and
48 goes into 331 six times.
now 48 times 6 is 288
now subtract 288 from 331 and the answer is 43.
now drop the 2 and
48 goes into 432 nine times.
now 48 times nine is 432.
so the answer you should have came out with is,
0.369
(remember you must make the number you are dividing by
a whole number before you can start to divide. Also the
number of times you move the decimal over, you must to
the same to the number you are dividing!)
