hello,
We first convert the statement to algebraic form: 4-3abs%28M%29%2B2%3E-14.
We first simplify the expression, by cancelling out the nonvariable quantities, i.e. the integers.
We then get 6-3abs%28M%29%3E-14, so -3abs%28M%29%3E-14-6=-20. We cancel out the negatives, but DON'T FORGET to reverse the sign. We get 3abs%28M%29%3C20, so abs%28M%29%3C20%2F3, so we get -20%2F3%3CM%3C20%2F3
