Then we can write 2z^2 - 5z - 3 = 0
This can be factored as
(2z+1)(z-3) = 0
This gives z = -1/2, z = 3
Considering only real solutions, we discard the first one
So we are left with z = 3
But z = x^1/4 -> z = 3^4 = 81
