-3t^2 -12t -t -5 = 9
-3t^2 - 13t - 5 = 9
-3t^2 - 13t - 14 = 0
(-3t - 7)(t + 2) = 0
-3t - 7 = 0
-3t = 7
t = 7/-3
t + 2 = 0
t = -2
