Do you mean something else?

The denominator must not be zero. In either one of the choices I asked, this means x%5E2-3x%3C%3E0
x%28x-3%29%3C%3E0
x%3C%3E0 and x%3C%3E3

The domain is all real numbers EXCLUDING 0 and +3.
