Common denominator (x+7)(x-4)
11x + x(x - 4)/ (x+7)(x-4)
11x + x^2 - 4x/ (x+7)(x-4)
x^2 + 7x/ (x+7)(x-4)
x(x + 7)/ (x+7)(x-4)
Cancel out top and bottom (x+7)
= x/(x- 4)
