solve for y to get y > (10 - 4x) / 6
graph y = (10 - 4x) / 6
the area that satisfied the equation of y > (10 - 4x) / 6 will be the area on the graph that is above the line y = (10 - 4x) / 6.
for example:
when x is equal to -13, the value of y is equal to -7.
y = -7 satisfied the equation of y=(10-4x)/6.
at that value of x, any value of y greater than -7 will satisfy the equation of y>(10-4x)/6.
all of those values of y lies above the line of y=(10-4x)/6.
shade the area above the line of y = (10-4x) / 6 and you're good.
since you're > than rather than >=, the line itself should be dashed to indicate the values that satisfy the inequality do not also lie on the line itself.
