y = sqrt(x) i the original equation.
when you shift everything up by 9, the equation becomes y = sqrt(x) + 9
when you reflect about the x-axis, the equation becomes y = -sqrt(x) - 9
when you reflect about the y-axis, the equation becomes y = -sqrt(-x) - 9

if you graph these equations, you will get:
