You can put this solution on YOUR website! There are 10 digits and 10 slots, so there are 10^10 = 10,000,000,000 (ten billion) different phone numbers possible
However, you cannot have certain area codes (like 411 or 911 for instance) so that rules out a pretty large chunk of actual phone numbers used.
