ok factor out x%5E2 of the first two terms and 7 out of the other two terms, then you get
x%5E2%28x-5%29%2B7%28x-5%29 since the equations in parenthesis are the same you can factor them also, thus you get
%28x%5E2%2B7%29%28x-5%29
