If the diagonal of the square is given, we use a^2+b^2=c^2 to get one side.
(But a=b for a square, so it's simply 2a^2)
2a^2=18^2
2a^2=324
a^2= 162 (Note - 162 = 81*2)
a= 9sqr(2) this is one side.
The area is a^2 or 162sq meters.
The perimeter is 4*9sqr(2) or 36sqr(2)
