You can put this solution on YOUR website!

Add to both sides.

Multiply both sides by

The result will be in the form

The value of is the slope or gradient, and the point is the -intercept.

You can put this solution on YOUR website!
2x - 5y = 10
Put items in the form
y = mx + c
m= gradient c = y intercept
-5y = -2x + 10
Multiply through by -1
5y = 2x - 10
Divide through by 5
y = 2/5x - 2
Gradient = 2/5 and y intercept
is -2
