You can put this solution on YOUR website! A television director is scheduling a certain sponsor's commercials for an upcoming broadcast.
There are 6 slots available for commercials.
1,2,3,4,5,6
In how many ways may the director schedule the commercials if the sponsor has 6 different commercials, each to be shown twice?
# of ways to fill #1 slot: 6
# of ways to fill #2 slot: 6
# of ways to fill #3 slot: 5
# of ways to fill #4 slot: 5
# of ways to fill #5 slot: 4
# of ways to fill #6 slot: 4
-----
Total number of ways fill the 6 slots (6*5*4)^2 = 14,400 ways
