Make x = admission price and y = number of rides.
x + 10y = $9.25....1
x + 25y = $17.50...2
Subtract (1) from (2)
15y = $8.25
y = $0.55
Substitute y = $0.55 into (1)
x + $5.5 = $9.25
x = $9.25 - $5.5
x = $3.75
So admission is $3.75
and each ride costs $0.55
Admission and 30 rides=
$3.75 + 30($0.55)= $20.25
