Suppose you have +10+ units of 10% solvent to start with ( plug in your own number )
+.1%2A10+=+1+ unit of solvent to start with
+1+%2F+%28+w+%2B+10+%29+=+.005+
+1+=+.005%2A%28+w+%2B+10+%29+
+1+=+.005w+%2B+.05+
+.005w+=+.95+
+w+=+190+
190 units of water need to be added
