rewrite the second to have terms in the same order
system%28+4x%5E2-2x%2B7%2C+-4x%5E2%2B2x-7%29+
you can see that the second expression is the opposite of the first.
So,
-4x%5E2%2B2x-7+=+-f%28x%29
