volume of cylinder is pi*r^2*h
volume of rectangular l*w*h
volume of cylinder is 22/7 * 9 * 10 = 282.9 cubic inches
so we have for the rectangular solid
282.9 = l*w*10
28.3 = l*w
then you can pick any l and w whose product is 28.3
