so, m<3= m<2
proof:
if ∠ 1 and ∠ 3are vertical angles, and we know that vertical angles add up to 180, then
∠ 1 and ∠ 2 are supplementary angles that add up to 180°
=> ∠ 1= 180 -∠ 2
=> ∠ 1= 180+-72
=> ∠ 1= 108
then
∠ 3=180 -∠ 2
∠ 3=180+-108
∠ 3=72
