Ha: they are not independent

I ran a Chi-Sq Test on the 2 by 2 array and go the following:
Test Statistic: Chi-Sq = 1.2410
p-value = 0.2653
Since the p-value is greater than 1%, fail to reject Ho.
Conclusion: Row and Column factors are independent.
