You can put this solution on YOUR website!
7x+3y=24
-7x
3y=24-7x
/3
y=8-(7/3)x

y=-(7/3)x+8

It does not need to be that exact equation. You could do the same to ANY linear equation in standard form.

Ax%2BBy=C
By=C-Ax
By=-Ax%2BC
y=-%28A%2FB%29x%2BC%2FB. This IS slope-intercept form for the example equation in standard form. 'm' is -%28A%2FB%29 slope, and 'b' is C%2FB for y-intercept.

*Conventional Understanding about variables in "algebra" is that lower-case and upper case of a letter are DIFFERENT variables. B%3C%3Eb, c%3C%3EC, etc.
