 Notice that both 32 and 98 are divisible by two.

 2 is their common factor





   2 (16c^2 - 49d^2)





 Now factor (16c^2 - 49d^2)

 You notice that you have difference of two squares (16c^2 - 49d^2)

 It can be factored as the sum and difference 4c and 7d then include the 2



     2(4c + 7d)(4c - 7d)
