Two choices: Distributive Property, or F.O.I.L.

If you choose Distributive Property, it begins like this:
%284p%5E2+%2B+6q%29%284p%5E2+-+6q%29=%284p%5E2%2B6q%29%284p%5E2%29-%284p%5E2%2B6q%29%286q%29=

... you should recognize the form that the factors take, in that it is something like (x+y)(x-y), a common binomial multiplication fact. (Remember, Difference of Two Squares.)
