You can put this solution on YOUR website! factor by grouping 4x^3 - x^2 - 12x + 3
 ------------
Factor the 1st two terms and then the last two terms to get:
 x^2(4x-1) -3(4x-1)
Factor out the common factor to get:
 (4x-1)(x^2-3)
