Dividend is the number divided. Divisor is the number dividing it. Quotient is the integer result. Remainder is what's left over between the dividend and product of divisor * quotient.


The remainder is 46. The divisor is 5 * 46 = 230. The quotient is 1/10th the divisor = 23.


x/230 = 23 remainder 46


For any division: Dividend = (divisor * quotient) + remainder
In this case it's 230*23+46 = 5336
