You can put this solution on YOUR website!
With an absolute value inequality set up one inequality for the positive value, and one for the negative. Remember when you divide or multiply by a negative the sign flips.


x<4 is one value.


-x<4 is the other. Divide both sides by -1. Flip the inequality. x>-4


-4 < x < 4
