You can prove triangles are congruent with SAS.  You have one side and the angle from the givens.  angle A = angle C, and AE = FC.  The needed side equality is AD = BC.
Parallelogram converse: If both pairs of opposite angles of a quadrilateral are congruent, the quadrilateral is a parallelogram.  ABCD is a parallelogram.
If a quadrilateral is a parallelogram, the opposite sides are congruent.  Thus AD = BC.
The triangles are congruent by SAS.  
Now that you know how to arrive at the congruent triangles, the two column proof is easy.  When writing a two column proof first plan how to arrive at the conclusion.  Then formalize the steps in the proof.
