You can put this solution on YOUR website!
log4(x+5)=3+log4(x+2)

log4(x+5) - log4(x+2) =

Remember that log(x) - log(y) = log(x/y) and logx(y)=a means x^a = y

log4((x+5)/(x+2)) = 3

4^3 = x+5/x+2

64 = x+5/x+2

64x + 128 = x+5

63x = -123

x = -123/63 = approximately 1.9524
