Question 734879: Which number would not be a possible solution to
-10m - 8 ≧ 12m - 10?

You can put this solution on YOUR website!
There are trillions and trillions of numbers that
could not be a possible solution to:

-10m - 8 ≧ 12m - 10

You did not tell us what the choices were, so we can't
answer. But maybe we can help you out anyway.

Let's solve it:

-10m - 8 ≧ 12m - 10
      +8 +8
-------------------
-10m ≧ 12m - 2
-12m -12m
-------------------
-22m ≧ -2

    -22m ≧ -2

Divide both sides by -22, and we reverse the inequality
because we are dividing by a negative number

      m ≦ %28-2%29%2F%28-22%29

      m ≦ 1%2F11

All the solutions are therefore 1%2F11 or less.
So if they gave you a choice that is greater than 1%2F11,
and that would be a number that would not be a solution to
-10m - 8 ≧ 12m - 10
