%282x-1%29%2F7=%283-6x%29%2F2.....cross multiply

2%282x-1%29=7%283-6x%29

4x-2=21-42x

4x%2B42x=21%2B2

46x=23

x=23%2F46.....so, your answer is correct!!!!!
