Time 60 miles in rain = time 96 miles in sun
speed in rain = x
speed in sun = x+21
time in rain = 60/x
Time in sun = 96/(x+21)
60/x= 96/(x+21)
60(x+21) = 96x
60x+1260=96x
36x=1260
x=35 km/h
