You can put this solution on YOUR website! 1/x+1/3x=1/45
(3+1)/3x=1/45
4/3x=1/45 cross multiply.
3x=4*45
3x=180
x=180/3
x=60 minutes for Logan.
3*60=180 ans. for Samantha.
Proof:
1/60+1/180=1/45
(3*1+1*1)/180=1/45
(3+1)/180=1/45
4/180=1/45
180=4*45
180=180
