Question 732892: PLEASE HELP ME!!! How do I find the reference angle of -404 degrees?!
(A)136 degrees
(B) 134 degrees
(c)46 degrees
(d) 44 degrees Answer by josmiceli(19441) (Show Source):
You can put this solution on YOUR website! This says to go around the unit circle 404 degrees in the
clockwise direction. If you go around 360 degrees, you're
back where you started, so you have
degrees left to go in the clockwise direction.
You now -44 degrees from the reference angle.
I guess (D) is the answer, but it seems like the angle should
be minus.
