What I did i swap places. To solve I 4+8=12+3=15x5 =75x
4+3=7+8=15x5= 75x
This is the answer I got however, I am not sure.

What I did i swap places. To solve I 4+8=12+3=15x5 =75x
4+3=7+8=15x5= 75x

= 20x + 12p + 32 or 12p + 20x + 32
