Wheel of 4 inch diameter - seems a small size for a vehicle wheel.

50 r.p.m. meaning 50 circumferences per minute. This is %2850%29%2A%282%2Api%2A%284%2F2%29%29%2A%2810%29 inches in ten minutes. I leave the answer in that form so you can fit the units back in and see how they work.

let x = distance in inches in 10 minutes.
the wheel has diameter of 4 inches, also means 2 inches in radius
circumference of wheel = 2*pi*r = 2*pi*2 = 4pi = 12.566370614,
this is distance in inches one revolution of wheel can traveled,
and it turning 50 rpm ( revolution per minute), and continuing for 10 mins.
x = 4pi*50*10 = 6300 inches
