You can put this solution on YOUR website! Hi,
For this problem we are going to simplify as much as possible and we want to have expressions that can cancel. We cannot simplify x+2 any further so we keep this the same. We can simplify 7x^2-28 by factoring out a 7 for our greatest common factor and inside parentheses we have x^2-4. We can factor x^2-4 to (x+2)(x-2). Now we have x+2/7(x+2)(x-2). We have x+2 on the top and the bottom so we can cancel those expressions to get 1/7(x-2)as our final answer. Good luck and let me know if you have any more questions :)
