If the average of three things is some number, then the sum of the three things must be 3 times the average. So the sum of the three tests must be at least 3 times 73. From that subtract 70 plus 85. The result is the minimum score that she can make on the third test. The maximum, of course, is whatever the maximum possible score might be on the test. If these scores are percentages, the maximum is 100.
