Graph 0.5x^2-3
y = 0.5x^2-3
Plot some points:
If x=0 then y=-3 giving point (0,-3)
If x=2 then y=-1 giving point (2,-1)
If x=-2 then y= 1 giving point (-2,1
If x= 4 then y= 5 giving point (4,5)
If x=-4 then y=5 giving point (-4,5)
Plot these and sketch the curve.
