You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Set up proportions: 3/5 = 6/x and 3/5 = 8.5/x

Cross multiply and solve.

3x=30 ---> x=10

3x = 42.5 ---> x = 14.167

The dimensions of the big rectangle are width 10 inches and length appox. 14.167 inches.
