Call the odd numbers n and n+2.


The difference between the squares is n^2 - (n+2)^2 = 104. Use FOIL to multiply (n+2) * (n+2) = n%5E2+%2B4n+%2B+4


n%5E2+-+n%5E2+-4n+-4+=+104


-4n - 4 = 104 ---> -4n = 108 ---> n = -27


The numbers are -27 and -25.
