y=-3x/2-6 now substitute (-3x/2-6) for y in the other equation & solve for x
-3x/2-6=2x/3+7
-3x/2-2x/3=7+6
(-9x-4x)/6=13
-13x/6=-13
-13x=13*6
-13x=78
x=78/-13
x=-6 answer
now substitute -6 for x and solve for y
y=2*-6/3+7
y=-12/3+7
y=-4+7
y=3 answer
