Because the shoes were reduced by 30% then they are priced at 70% of the regular price. The regular price is 100%!
So we have
70% of the regular price is 67.05 (70%=67.05)
If we divide by 7 we get
10% of the regular price is 9.57857.. (10%=9.57857)
now if we multiply by 10 we get
100% of the regular price is 95.79 to the nearest penny/cent
