 You can't "solve" it because you have no relational operator, i.e. =, <, >,
  , or  .  I will then presume that you want to factor it. 
 Multiply the lead coefficient by the constant term: 15 times 2 is 30.
 
 Perform the prime factorization of 30:  2 X 3 X 5.  So the two-integer factors of 30 must be 6 X 5, 10 X 3, 15 X 2, or 30 X 1.  Examine these pairs for a set that sums to the first degree term coefficient, i.e. 31.  Looks like 30 and 1, right?
